In our opinion, this is the champagne among the non-alcoholic bubbles, because together with one of the best wineries in Germany, we have developed what we consider to be the best non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Grown in the beautiful vineyards of the Rheingau, we use vacuum distillation to gently extract the alcohol from the grapes. This gives us the special wine taste and the fine, sparkling aroma of the grape. Laori Sparkling Rosé is therefore the closest to the original.

"It all started with the exclamation: "I just want gin & tonic without alcohol", when I stopped drinking alcohol 5 years ago. Without further ado, I started distilling in my own kitchen to develop my own solution. In addition to good drinks, I was missing really good bubbles without the bubbly. That's why we brought out Laori Sparkling, an alcohol-free sparkling wine that finally tastes good. DOES LAORI CONTAIN ALCOHOL?

Laori contains residual alcohol of less than 0.3% by volume. Laori is only drunk mixed in a drink. This reduces the alcohol content significantly. A Laori & Tonic contains only 0.06% by volume alcohol. That is less than what is contained in a glass of apple juice. Here, up to 0.3% is permitted. In grape juice, even up to 1.2%. Incidentally, 0.0% products can contain up to 0.03% alcohol. Avoiding alcohol completely is therefore a real challenge. You can find out more in the magazine.

WHAT CAN I MIX WITH LAORI?

Laori was developed for mixing drinks and is not intended for pure consumption. The perfect serve for Laori is as a non-alcoholic spritz with Laori Sparkling wine or tonic water. You can easily mix any Laong drink and cocktail that contains an aperitif without alcohol using Laori. You can find recipe inspiration in our magazine.

IS LAORI MADE LOCALLY?

Yes. We always try to source all raw materials as locally as possible. Our radius goes from Berlin via Brandenburg to the South of France. We produce our products by hand in a small factory in a small village near Berlin. Most of the herbs and spices are grown organically in France and freshly distilled. We get exotic spices from our same partner, who also has a farm in Sri Lanka and Morocco.
